After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on expressing that this Court is not inclined to allow this application, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application. He further prays for grant of liberty to file a fresh application, in case, there is no progress in the trial, in near future. 2.

Permission to withdraw the present application is granted with liberty to move a fresh before the trial Court, if there is no progress in next six months.

The criminal application is disposed of, as withdrawn.
