Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has failed to contact him since long. A counsel note No. 2889/2019 dated 25.2.2019, is placed on record stating that the counsel has already informed the appellant vide letter dated 13.2.2019 that they shall withdraw their power/vakalatnama in the matter and shall cease to represent him anymore in the instant appeal. The appellant, however, has not responded though the letter was duly served upon him. It appears that the appellant has lost interest in proceeding with the matter. Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
