The applicant is arrested on 30th June, 2016 in crime registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusations against the applicant are that the applicant alongwith co-accused is involved in fraud, fabrication of documents on the basis of which sale deed of plots in question came to be executed and innocent persons are duped. It is alleged that the applicant was working in the police

Considering the facts of the case and the nature of accusations against the applicant, I am not inclined to consider the prayer made in the application seeking directions to the non-applicant to release the applicant of bail. The application is dismissed. JUDGE Tambaskar.
