DATE : 13/10/2022 Civil Application No. 783/2022 seeks condonation of delay of 730 days in filing the application for restoration and MCA Stamp No. 15803/2022 seeks restoration of the petition.

It is contended that identical issue raised in W.P.No. 1922/2022 has been decided on 22.4.2022, whereby the petition has been dismissed and upon restoration of the petition, since the issue is identical, the same order would govern the present petition also. In these peculiar circumstances, both the civil applications are allowed.

The petition is restored to file and is dismissed in view of the judgment dated 22.4.2022 in W.P. No. 1922/2022 accepting the statement of Mrs.
