By this application, the original claimants are seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation which was deposited in this Court. It is pointed out that by judgment and order dated 29-08-2022, the appeal is already disposed of and the applicants are entitled for withdrawal of the entire balance amount. It is submitted that respondent no.1(G) Shrikant Janbaji Khandalkar is having Power of Attorney on behalf of all other respondents to withdraw the amount and therefore it is prayed that the amount be permitted to be withdrawn by respondent no.1(G).

Having regard to the contents of the application, the same is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire balance amount and it is directed that the amount be allowed to be withdrawn by respondent no.1(G) along with accrued interest, after veri<cation of the document of power of attorney to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
