By this petition, the petitioner challenges the communication issued by the respondent-Indian Oil Corporation dated 11.12.2013, rejecting the application made by the petitioner for grant of LPG distributorship at Sadak Arjuni, District Gondia, in pursuance of an advertisement issued on 29.9.2013.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on a perusal of the impugned order, we do not find any scope for interference with the same in exercise of the writ jurisdiction. The application of the petitioner is rejected as the LPG distributorship at Sadak Arjuni, District Gondia was not earmarked for the reserved category to which the petitioner belongs. Moreover, the petitioner did not comply with the condition of ownership and possession of the land for godown and showroom. The petitioner also did not have the lease of the land for the specified term for the purpose for erecting the godown and setting up the showroom. No documents of title have been pointed out by the counsel for the petitioner to show that the petitioner owns and possesses the property. In the absence of any material to show that the reasons for rejection of the application for grant of LPG distributorship are wrong or incorrect, the impugned order cannot be interfered with.
