These applications are filed by the applicant/State of Maharashtra, through the Collector, Nagpur for grant of permission to deposit decretal amount and for grant of Stay. 2.
Heard learned counsel Shri M.A. Kadu for the applicant/State of Maharashtra.

On 22.2.2017, this Court directed the applicant to deposit entire amount of compensation within a period of 12 weeks from the said date. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to non-availability of funds, the amount, as ordered by this Court, could not be deposited. He further submits that now the funds are available and he is in receipt of Cheque and is ready to deposit the same within a period of one week from today. 4.
Since the amount is received and the Government Pleader Office is in receipt of the Cheque, the applicant is permitted to deposit the Cheque with the Registry of this Court within a period of 10 days from today.

Needless to mention that the Stay granted by this Court on 22.2.2017 to continue, till next hearing. 6.
The civil applications for grant of permission to deposit the decretal amount and for grant of Stay stand allowed and disposed of accordingly.
