The progress in regard to the demolition of the illegal structures can be inferred from the various affidavits filed on behalf of the respondentCorporation. 3.

We are further informed that the fresh sanction is accorded under the Development Control Regulation, which is objected by the petitioner. 4.

In our opinion, such objection of the petitioner can be looked into in an independent petition including that of his locus, which is objected by the other side.

However, we record our satisfaction as regards to the compliance reported by the Corporation as reflected in their affidavit. We see no reason to keep the present petition pending, as according to us, the order has been complied with.
