1. The applicant has filed this criminal application as there is delay in trial. Earlier, the order was passed and liberty was granted, if there will be no significant progress in the next five months in concluding the trial and subject to condition that the delay is not attributed to the accused, the applicant can apply afresh.

2 I have called the report from trial Court. As per the statement made by the learned APP, investigation officer is examined and only the witness from forensic lab is remained to be examined. Considering the stage of the trial, the application is rejected. Liberty is granted to apply afresh, if the trial is not concluded within a period of three moths.
