Hence, for the reasons stated in order dated 21/11/2019, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7921/2018, the present Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned order passed by the Labour Court is quashed and set aside. The respondent No.1 would be at liberty to agitate his right as regards wages payable under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, in an appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum.
