This is an application for setting aside abatement and bringing legal heirs of deceased appellant no.1-B on record. 3.

The applicants are the legal heirs of deceased appellant no. 1-B, who died on 11.04.2025. Since, right to sue survives against the proposed legal heirs, permission is granted to bring the legal heirs of deceased appellant no. 1B on record. The order of abatement against deceased appellant no.1-B is set aside.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.
