MCA ST. NO.16635 OF 2024 This is an application for restoration of appeal which was dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.

Heard learned advocates for both sides.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. The application is allowed and disposed of.

The appellant is directed to remove office objections within six weeks.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO.22338 OF 2023 This is an application for granting stay to the execution of award of the Presiding Officer, Land Tribunal, Nagpur.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after twelve weeks.

The learned A.G.P. waives service for the respondents/State.

The learned advocate for the appellant submitted that, the appellant will deposit the amount under the award within twelve weeks subject to deposit the amount under award, the application deserves to be allowed. Meanwhile, there shall be ad interim stay to the execution of impugned judgment and award of the tribunal.
