Civil Application No.516/2015 was refused for not removing the office objections, without issuing notice to the respondents and accepting the explanation given in the applications, the delay of 386 days in filing the application for setting aside the order dated 03-08-2015 is condoned, the order passed by the learned Registrar on 03-08-2015 is set aside and Misc. Civil Application No.516/2015 is restored. However, the petitioner shall deposit Rs.1,000/- with the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur and produce receipt on record within two weeks, failing which the Misc. Civil Application No.516/2015 shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
