DATED : SEPTEMBER 27, 2019 Writ Petition No.3801/2017 was admitted by this Court and interim order was passed to grant provisional admission to the petitioner in the First Year Engineering Course at her risk and costs.

When the matter came up before this Court on 2/8/2019, none appeared for the petitioner and this Court dismissed the petition as infructuous on the ground that admission was claimed for the academic year 2017-18. At that time aforesaid order of this Court and the fact that the petitioner was already admitted in the Course were not brought to the notice of this Court.

In view of above, notice on the application for review of the order dated 2/8/2019

Shri Madiwale, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent nos.1 to 3.

In view of the fact that the petitioner was already admitted and her admission was subject to result of the petition, adjudication has to be done in the petition on merits. Hence, the order dated 2/8/2019 passed by this Court is recalled.
