DATED : JUNE 22, 2016 Shri Khubalkar, learned Assistant Government Pleader states that prayer sought to be added forms subject of complaint (ULP) before Labour Court. Adv. Khan for applicants/petitioners submits that necessary reliefs are already prayed for in the petition and relief sought to be added is consequential one.
In this situation, without prejudice to the defence of respondents in the matter, civil application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. Liberty to respondents to file their additional reply within further period of three weeks is granted. JUDGE JUDGE khj
