11/07/ The present application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant No.3 on record. The appellant No.3 expired on 17/05/2000. He left behind only applicant as legal representative. There are no other legal representatives. The application is supported by affidavit.

In view of the fact that as above by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Suo Motu Writ Petition No.03/2020, the period is extended and therefore application is within time. In view thereof, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Hence, the application is allowed.

Appellants are permitted to bring applicant's name in place of deceased appellant No.3.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
