Both the counsels submit that Civil Application Nos. 2171 and 2235 of 2024 are for recalling order dated 14-8-2024 directing both the parties to deposit costs for not arguing the matter on that day. These applications are not decided while deciding the petition.

It appears that inadvertently, these applications have been not decided. Since the counsels have argued the petition and the petition is finally decided, there appears no reason why should the request made in the applications should not be granted. The applications are accordingly allowed. Order dated 14-8-2024 is recalled. Civil applications are accordingly disposed of. (Anil L. Pansare, J.) wasnik
