A grievance is raised in respect of directions given by this Court on 4.8.2016. In paragraph No.5 of the said order, it is observed as under:

"In this situation, we find that interest of justice can be met with by directing the respondent No.3 Education Officer to look into the bills submitted by the respondent Nos.1 and 2, in accordance with law. He should give opportunity of hearing to parties in the matter. Parties to remain present before said respondent No.3 on 31.8.2016 and to abide by his further instructions in the matter."

Learned counsel Shri P.S.Kshirsagar for the petitioner, submits that in pursuance to aforesaid directions, .....2/-

cp276.19 14 respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted bills to Education Officer (Primary), and the Education Officer (Primary) has also given hearing to the present petitioner. He submits that, thereafter, Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Wardha has forwarded proposal for sanctioning amount to the Director of Education Officer (Primary).

In view of aforesaid submission of learned counsel Shri P.S.Kshirsagar for the petitioner, we are of view that respondent herein has complied with directions as contained in paragraph No.5 of the Writ Petition No.150/2015. 4.

In this view of the matter, the contempt petition is dismissed and disposed of as such.
