By this application, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the amount as the terms in the compromise pursis at Exhibit-Z have been complied by the applicant. As per the terms and conditions in Exhibit-Z, the applicant has vacated the house of the non-applicant on 13.08.2017. It appears that the applicant has even signed on the no objection certificate for transferring the electric meter in the said house in favour of the non-applicant. The nonapplicant has deposited an amount of Rs.7,50,000/- in this Court in pursuance of the compromise decree passed on 14.07.2017.

In this view of the matter, the prayer made in the application filed by the applicant is allowed and the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.7,50,000/- deposited by the non-applicant in this Court. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
