DATE : JANUARY 29, 2020 After filing of the present writ petition it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the results of All India Trade Test for Apprentices were declared in September 2017.

In that view of the matter the prayers in the present writ petition now do not require any adjudication. If the petitioners have any fresh cause of action after the results of the said Test are declared they are at liberty to take such steps as are permissible in law.
