We direct respondent No.1 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of the order, the petitioner being a student.

We direct respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner in view of information brochure 20212022 for various courses run by different Agricultural Universities in the State of Maharashtra, in accordance with law. 6.
