Mrs. K.R. Deshpande, A.G.P. for the respondent. CORAM : SMT.VASANTI A. NAIK AND MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.

DATE : JULY 18 , 2016.

It is stated on behalf of the respondent that during the pendency of the contempt petition, the decision is rendered by the respondent and the claim of the petitioner is rejected by the order dated 15.07.2016.

Since we find that some Record & Proceedings were required to be perused by the Joint Director of Higher Education before taking a decision and since the record was required to be called from the Administrator, we do not find that the delay in taking the decision is deliberate.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
