Mr Vaishnav, learned Counsel for the Management, in view of the communication dated 08.10.2022, by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati, states that the Management shall submit a fresh proposal by removing the deficiencies as undertaken therein.

In view of the aforesaid statement and willingness of the Education officer, to consider the proposal afresh, in case the deficiencies pointed out in the communication dated 04.10.2022 being removed, the petition is disposed of in above terms.

The Management shall submit the proposal within a period of two weeks from today and the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati, shall decide the same as early as possible.
