The present application is moved for condonation of delay of 11 days. The appeal is filed by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation against the order decreeing the suit which was filed by the respondents for money recovery against the Corporation. The learned Counsel for the applicant Corporation submits that there is a delay of 11 days. He submits that the delay is caused due to administrative difficulties.

The learned Counsel for the respondents/Caveators opposes the application.

Considering the short period of delay, i.e. 11 days, the delay is condoned.
