09/06/ Present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing First Appeal. It is the matter arising out of Railway Claim. Tribunal dismissed the claim application on 06/12/2019. However, due to outbreak of Pandemic COVID-19, applicant could not file appeal.

Though, application is opposed by learned Counsel for respondent. I am inclined to allow the application. Application is allowed.

For the reasons stated in the application, which was justifiable and there is no deliberate and intentional delay in filing First Appeal. As such, delay in filing First Appeal is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to register the First Appeal.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
