Considering the nature and quantity of lethal weapons which were being manufactured by the applicants, and the fact that the investigation is ongoing, I expressed disinclination to grant bail.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicants Mr. M.N. Ali submits that rather rendering an elaborated order, the application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after completion of investigation. 3.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to apply afresh before the trial Court, after investigation is complete.
