DATE : 23/03/2023 1] Mr. Rao, learned counsel for respondent on instructions makes a statement that the impugned order dated 24.2.2016 (pg.40) passed by the learned Labour Court and the judgment dated 14.6.2017 (pg.69) passed by the learned Industrial Court in revision, shall not be implemented and put to execution by the respondent, till the decision of the Complaint ULP Case no.13/2007, which pending before the learned Labour Court, Akola.

2] Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid statement, the grievance raised by petitioner in the petition does not survive.

3] Accepting the statement, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
