DATED : 13-10-2016 The claimants have filed this application seeking early hearing of the appeal on the ground that the claimant Nos.1 and 2 are senior citizens. The learned Advocate for the claimants seeks permission to file application praying for amendment of the claim petition. In view of the above, the civil application praying for early hearing is rejected with liberty to the claimants to reiterate the request after, according to the claimants, the matter can be taken up for hearing.
