It appears that the applicant is suffering from heart diseases and his condition is very serious. Hence he prays for early hearing of the appeal. Perused medical papers along with application. It appears that the health condition of the applicant is deteriorating. Therefore application is allowed. Hearing of Appeal No. 466/2021 is expedited.
