The petitioner has approached this Court by way of present civil application for modification of the order dated 03.07.2014. It is submitted that the petitions were disposed of since the claim of the petitioners was decided by the Committee which is not constituted in accordance with the statutory provisions and the matter was remitted back so that the petitioners can make an application for getting their claims decided by the competent Scrutiny Committee.
It is submitted that that petitioner is in employment since 1997 and as such the petitioner is entitled to protection in the event her claim was invalidated by the Committee.
In that view of the matter, in the order dated 3.7.2014 the following portion be added:
"In the event the decision of the Committee is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, the same shall not be given effect to for a period of four weeks from the
CAW2799-14.odt receipt of the communication by the petitioner." Civil Application No.2799 of 2014 stands disposed of accordingly.
