Civil Application(O) No.1706/2018 The applicants seek leave to file the present appeal as an indigent persons and hence have sought permission to implead the State of Maharashtra through Collector, Nagpur, as party respondent.
Considering the prayer made in the application, the same is granted.
Shri M.A.Kadu, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for newly added respondent no.4. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.

In that view of the matter, the applicants are permitted to serve non applicant/respondent no.1 and non-applicant/respondent no.3 by having the notices to be published in local newspapers circulated in the cities of Raipur, Chhattisgarh and Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, respectively.
