DATED : AUGUST 1, 2018 Shri Deshpande, learned Counsel for applicants, seeks leave to withdraw the criminal application as charge-sheet is stated to be filed before competent Court on 15/11/2017.

Even otherwise, while issuing notice, this Court prima facie found involvement of applicant nos.1 to 3 in the present crime. Admittedly, there is no stay to investigation pending application and thus, charge-sheet is filed on 15/11/2017.

In that view of the matter, leave as prayed is granted. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in favour of applicants to take recourse to filing of application for discharge before competent Court.
