The contentions are though there are vacancies with the petitioner-Society, the respondent No.4-Education Officer is not permitting the petitioners to fill in the posts. 2.

It is claimed that because of insensitive approach on the part of respondent No.4, the education of the students who are admitted by the petitioners-Schools is suffering.

The Additional Government Pleader Shri D. P. Thakare would urge that in the circumstances the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4.

In this backdrop we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.4-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal to consider and decide the proposal of the petitioners as reflected in communication dated 23/07/2024 (Annexure-A to the petition) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of production of this order before the said Authority. 5.
