The learned Counsel for the appellant has invited my attention to the order dated 10/01/2011 passed by this Court in Civil Application Stamp No.18515/2010, thereby the appellant was directed to deposit 60% of the decretal amount in this Court. Accordingly, the said amount has already been deposited in this Court.

In view of this, the interim order passed by this Court shall continue to operate pending the decision of appeal. Civil Application [CAF] No.286/2011 stands disposed of.
