Issue notice to the petitioner and respondents.

Shri R.R. Vyas, learned counsel waives notice for the petitioner and Mrs. S.S. Jachak, learned APP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. This application is filed by one of the depositors for intervention in this petition to assist the prosecution.

Having considering the status of the applicant - intervenor as one of the depositors in the

Accordingly, application is disposed of as allowed, allowing intervenor to assist the prosecution. CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION (CWP) NO. 482 OF 2019 On the application of learned APP, S.O. to 30.08.2019 by way of last chance to file affidavit-inreply, as on the earlier date, the learned APP made a statement to file the reply during the course of the day, however, failed to abide by the same.
