DATED : SEPTEMBER 13, 2019 At the outset, Mr. Khan, learned A.P.P. submits that during pendency of present application, investigating agency has filed charge-sheet before Court of law. Admittedly, case of applicant was not considered by trial Court in the light of final report submitted by prosecution. In view of statement made by learned A.P.P., Mr.Wankhade, learned counsel for applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw present application with liberty to file fresh application for bail before the trial Court. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to applicant to file bail application afresh before the trial Court in view of change in circumstance i.e. filing of charge-sheet.

It is made clear that this Court has not considered the present application on its own merit.
