DATE : SEPTEMBER 06, 2016 The petitioners seek extension of the interim relief that was operating during pendency of the writ petition. In the application it is stated that the Special Leave Petition has been filed before the Honourable Supreme Court and the same is likely to be listed shortly. Communication issued to the counsel for the petitioners dated 06/09/2016 is also relied in that regard.

The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 on the ground that the petitioners have been held to be disqualified. Considering the contents of the communication dated 06/09/2016 in which it is stated that the Special Leave Petition is likely to be listed on 09/09/2016, the interim order shall continue to operate till 09/09/2016. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted. Civil application is disposed of.
