This is the petition filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the Committee to expedite the decision on the claim of the petitioner.

Whereas, the learned Addl. G.P. has pointed out that on 28/07/2025, when the matter was fixed before the Committee, the petitioner himself sought time and got the adjournment.

Thus, it appears that, before the Committee, petitioner seeks adjournment and at the same time he approaches this Court for seeking direction against the Committee to expedite the decision. This is nothing, but abuse of process of law. Such approach is deprecated. Hence, we are Kavita
