In this case, though the earlier counsel appearing for the appellant issued a notice for withdrawal of Vakalatnama and it was served upon the appellant on 15/02/2023, when the matter was listed on 10/03/2023, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, to grant an opportunity, the matter was adjourned for today. 2.
Today, again, nobody appears on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
Accordingly, it is dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
