The applicants herein filed Appeal from Order before this Court. The said appeal was under objection. Learned Registrar granted time till 28.06.2018 to remove the office objections. However, office objections were not removed. Consequently, stamp was refused. Since stamp was refused, the application for restoration is filed. However, said application is barred by limitation by 29 days. Therefore, the application for condonation of delay is also filed.

Heard Mr. Kadu, learned counsel for the applicants. The stamp was refused for non removal of office objections i.e. for not filing certified copies on record. Mr.Kadu submits that now he is in possession of certified copies and he can file the same, if the appeal is restored to the file.

For the reasons stated in the application, the applications are allowed. The delay is condoned. Appeal From Order Stamp No.8466/2018 is restored to file. The applicants to remove the office objections within two weeks from today.

Both the applications are disposed of.
