Date : 21 st November, 2016 Regular Civil Appeal No.68 of 2004 was dismissed in default by the lower Appellate Court for non-appearance of the petitioners from 7-10-2011 to 12-9-2012. The MJC for restoration of appeal has also been dismissed, against which this petition is preferred.

I have gone through the order impugned in this petition. It records the finding that no sufficient cause is made out for re-admission of Regular Civil Appeal No.68 of 2004. I do not find any reason to interfere in the order impugned. The petition is dismissed.
