DATED : 26/02/2022 The petitioners have approached this Court seeking direction for issuance of posting order pursuant to their transfers vide order dated 21.05.2019 that was issued by Zilla Parishad, Raigad. After notice was issued in the writ petition an affidavit has been filed by the petitioners in which it has been stated that by orders dated 20.09.2019 and 19.11.2019 the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal has issued posting orders in favour of the petitioners. In view of this development the prayers made in the writ petition stand granted.

In the light of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
