Shri Khapre, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, states that in view of certain amendments necessary in the matter, the petitioner should be given liberty to withdraw the present Contempt Petition with liberty to file a fresh on same cause.

In this situation, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition with liberty to present proper one to this Court within next two weeks. No costs.
