DATE : September 30, 2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present writ petition, the respondent No.1 has issued Office Memorandum dated 24/07/2020 by which the earlier Office Memorandum dated 08/04/2019 that has been impugned in the present writ petition has been withdrawn. In view of aforesaid it is submitted that the cause for prosecuting the writ petition does not survive. The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of with no order as to costs.
Pending Civil Application also stands disposed of accordingly.
