01] By this application, the Applicants have sought to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner. Shri Abhay Sambre, learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner.

02] In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner, whose names are specified in paragraph 2 of the said application, are ordered to be brought on record. Cause title be amended within a week.

03] The civil application stands disposed of.

Contempt Petition No.149/2018 04] Learned counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent state that the other connected contempt petitions have been settled in the Mediation conducted by learned Advocate Mrs. U.A. Patil. They submit that this matter can also be referred to the same Mediator.

2/2 Hence, with consent, learned Advocate Mrs. U.A. Patil is appointed as a Mediator with request to mediate and assist the parties in arriving at the settlement.

05] Both parties to appear before the learned Mediator on 31st January, 2022 with copy of this order. The learned Mediator to submit the report within four weeks from the date of the appearance. 06] Matter be listed for further orders after receipt of mediation report.
