There is a delay of 108 days in filing Civil Revision Applications. The applicant is a medical practitioner. He has stated that the case papers were handed-over to an Advocate for drafting the revision application on 16.01.2025. However, the learned Advocate was pre-occupied with some other matters and could not draft the revision applications despite repeated followups. It is stated that the clerk of the Advocate had also misplaced the file. There is no reason to disbelieve these statements made by the applicant on affidavit. 2.
In view of the above, in the considered opinion of this Court, the delay is properly explained and deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.
