This is an application for restoration of writ petition which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections, as directed by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2021.

Considering the subject matter and the reasons stated in the application, I am of the opinion that the applicant shall get one opportunity to agitate his grievance. 4.

In the circumstances, though the learned counsel for the non-applicant is opposing the present application, I am of the opinion that the application needs to be allowed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The restoration shall be subject to removal of office objections within ten days from today. Failure to remove office objections, the writ petition shall stand dismissed automatically and thereafter any application for restoration shall not be accepted by the office unless the applicant submits a receipt of payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur. 6.
