The applicants have sought for condonation of delay of 45 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 25.03.2019 passed in MACP No. 7/2014 3.

The reasons stated in para 3 to 6 of the application, in my considered view, constitute sufficient grounds for condonation of delay.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the entire amount of compensation as per the impugned judgment and award dated 25.03.2019 has been deposited before this Court. In the light of the said statements, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till disposal of appeal.
