DATE : 01-03-2023 CAO No.281/23 seeks condonation of delay of 123 days in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for non removing of office objections by an order dated 20-12-21.

MCA St No.15916/22 is for restoration. Since no notices were issued in the original WP St.3776/2020, I do not deem it appropriate to issue notices on this application. Accepting the reasons given, the delay is condoned and the order of rejection of registration of the petition dated 20-12-21 is hereby quashed and set aside and the petition is restored to file, subject to condition that the office objections shall be removed within one week from today positively.
