This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw entire amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. The learned Counsel for claimant submits that similar orders are passed in Civil Application [CAF] No.2132/2024 on 12.08.2024.

In view of above, permission is granted Rgd.

Order 2309caf2383.24 to claimants to withdraw 50% of the amount on usual undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
